Crazy warmth huh? We are enjoying it but wondering what it means for the coming gardening season. Is it going to continue to be a warm year or will it end up like last year where we had a cold and wet summer. (Hope not!)
Today I harvested over-wintered collard greens. Just enough to have a few mouths full of them sautéd with garlic. Yum.
